We didn't just run their ads โ€” we became part of their ops stack.

3 rooftops, thousands of units, multiple OEMs. We started with Google Ads. We ended up running inventory feeds, building their Deal-of-Week pipeline, launching a new rooftop from scratch, and standing up the AI assistant their team uses every day.

Where it started

Friendly Powersports came to us for Google Ads across their rooftops โ€” brand-intent campaigns for Polaris, Honda, Yamaha, and more, tuned per location and per OEM co-op rules.

Where it went

The ads exposed the real bottleneck: inventory data. So we built the feed layer โ€” pulling thousands of units into structured feeds that power vehicle ads, weekly deal posts, and dashboards. Then we automated the Deal of the Week: rank by days-on-lot, honor OEM pricing rules, draft the post, deliver to staff for review. Then we launched an entire new rooftop, and stood up the AI assistant their team uses daily.

What compounds

Every piece feeds the next. The inventory feed powers the ads, the deal pipeline, and the reporting. That's the pattern: each project leaves behind a working tool that makes the next one cheaper to build.
